Mangal+barbecue 2 in 1 (model PRO-010). Our mangal is designed by an engineer-designer down to the smallest details (ability to prepare Caucasian and Gizhduvan kebabs, steaks, fish and vegetables) The mangal works on firewood as well as on all types of coal (wood, briquetted and stone coal) The problem with mangals is that over time they begin to deform from temperature and quickly break down. The PRO-010 mangal is made of boiler steel 3mm thick and has many bends, which gives the mangal good rigidity and reliability. The mangal is painted with heat-resistant paint. Such a mangal will serve you for many years. The mangal kit includes: -wheels (for convenient movement), -folding shelves -barbecue cover (equipped with a thermostat and dampers to regulate heat in the chamber) -trays (designed to collect ash and regulate air intake) -2 grills for steaks made of food-grade stainless steel -partition for small skewers The size of the cooking chamber is 1000mm*400mm. Size when assembled with shelves 1600mm*400mm.
