Sell or rent out your flat on Egasi
Post an adReal estate is the largest market on EGASI.uz — most new ads are homes for sale or rent. Buyers search by city, number of rooms, floor and price, and most decide from the photos.
How it works
Post the ad
Pick the section and category, add photos, a title and a description. Posting is free within your section’s free allowance — the form shows how many free ads you have left; past it, Egasi offers a paid package.
Set a price with the market in view
While you fill in the facts, Egasi shows the typical asking price of similar ads when there are enough of them. Price near the band to get replies; a clearly lower price is marked as a good deal for buyers.
Go live after a quick check
Ads are reviewed before they appear, then stay live for the section’s validity period and can be renewed from Ad Center.
Answer buyers
Buyers write in Egasi chat (a visitor without an account can message after confirming a phone number by SMS), call, or open WhatsApp or Telegram if you allow it. Mark the ad sold when it is.
What buyers look at first
- City, district and the number of rooms
- Floor, total floors and the area in m²
- Bright photos of every room, the kitchen, the bathroom and the view
- Whether the documents are ready and whether the price is negotiable
Tips from the ads that sell
- Tidy the rooms and shoot in daylight with the lights on
- Write the exact address area and nearby transport
- Say sale or rent clearly — they are different markets with different prices
- For rent, state the deposit and what the price includes

Questions and answers
- What documents are needed to sell a flat?
- Proof of ownership (the cadastral document) and the owners’ IDs; the sale is formalised at a notary. Requirements vary with the property — check the current rules. See our guide “Documents to sell a flat in Uzbekistan”.
- Is posting free?
- Yes, within each section’s free allowance. The create form shows how many free ads you still have in that section. Past the allowance you can buy a package of extra ads.
- How long does an ad stay live?
- For the section’s validity period, shown when you post. You can renew or republish it from Ad Center, and mark it sold at any time — a sold ad keeps its page but stops taking offers.
- What is VIP?
- VIP is paid placement: a VIP ad is shown first in the feed and in search results for its section for the period you buy. It is the one thing on Egasi that is paid per ad.
